CEO/Lead Estimator

Kirk has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. He started off as a laborer, learning the ins and outs of roofing. He got into the sales/project management side in 2009 and quickly excelled to Director of Storm Sales. In 2014 he took a step back from the industry for a couple months. Kirk took a new position as the Lead Estimator for a well known Twin Cities Contractor. His focus was to build a process that the sales team could follow the was efficient for supplementing & job turnaround. In the winter of 2020 , Kirk felt that his services and expertice he brought would be beneficial to all contractors. Prevail Claims was formed to help out contractors that could not afford to have a Estimator on staff, the workload for their staff was too much. "We want to build a process with all of our clients that assists in them reaching their full potential."

Nick has 15 years of experience in storm restoration, working his way up from Door to Door Canvasser to General Manager. Nick has experienced in almost every cause of loss in his career, including Wind, Hail, Water, and Hurricane. Throughout his career he has became proficient in Project Management and Insurance Estimating. He was the Lead Insurance Estimator for a large nationwide construction firm.  

He is a firm believer that determination is the driving force behind his advancements through our industry. Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa, traveling, golfing, cooking and movies on the couch in his down time.
